Kaihue LLC provides business administration, marketing and web development services to our clients. These services may include, but are not limited to, consulting, management, payroll, web design, graphic design, and administrative support. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee any particular result.
Payment
Payment for our services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website (Zelle, Cash, Cashapp). All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, which uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. Once payment is received, we will begin work on your project.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds after work has begun on your project. This includes any upfront payments made for services that have not yet been completed. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss how we can address your concerns.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created by Kaihue LLC during the course of providing our services to you will remain the property of Kaihue LLC. You may use this intellectual property solely for your own internal business purposes, but you may not share, distribute, or sell it to third parties without our written permission.
Confidentiality
Kaihue LLC will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide to us in the course of providing our services, except as required by law or with your written permission. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kaihue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of Natrona, Wyoming.
8. Turnaround Time
Kaihue LLC will make every effort to complete the web design project in a timely manner. Once the client agrees, provides payment and agrees to provide all necessary information and materials promptly. The estimated project timeline will be provided at the beginning of the project. Please note that the project’s duration can vary and may take anywhere from 120 to 180 days, depending on the specific design requirements. Delays in project completion may occur if there are changes to the project scope, missing information, or other unforeseen circumstances. Kaihue LLC will not be held responsible for any such delays.”
